- Contents should not exceed the height of the dumpster
- You must maintain a valid credit card on file at all times. Failure to do so will result in the removal of your dumpster and a $35 Credit Card Denial Fee.
- Book drop off for the day before you need to use the dumpster, to guarantee delivery.
- Mattress Disposal Fee is $30 per mattress, due to landfill charges.
- Tire Disposal Fee is $15 per tire. After collection, tires are sent to another facility by the landfill company.
- If we are unable to pick up your dumpster, our Dry Run Fee is $125. Dumpsters must never be left blocked or inaccessible.

How long can I keep the dumpster or porta potty rental?
Our standard rental period included in the flat fee is 10 days, but we offer flexible rental options based on your needs. If you need the unit for a longer period, just let us know—we provide extended rental options and that signature Grime Time flexible customer support.
What can and can’t I put in a dumpster?
Different dumpster sizes (and different counties) have different regulations and restrictions. If you’re not sure, it’s always best to check with our friendly team for advice.
In general, we don’t allow hazardous items, certain electronics, tires or liquids in our dumpster rentals. Most household junk, yard waste, furniture and construction debris will be OK in the right size dumpster.
